Happy New Year

A quick shout out to my wonderful clients who made 2009 wonderful. Thank you for letting me enter your lives and capturing your memories. I hope to work with you in 2010 and if you do chose me once more, I will be happy to give you a complimentary 11x14. Just mention this blog - good for ANY time in the year 2010.

I could not chose one or two specific pictures from my clients this year, so I decided to chose one. The very first picture I used for my banner when I started my business in 2007: the picture that started it all.

Cute as a Button

Slowly, I'm catching up on blogging. Again, his mama has already seen the gallery, but how could I not share this little angel? There is a (not-so) funny story behind his christening outfit. I won't go into the details, but all I can say is that his mama now has a picture of him in his outfit looking cute as a button.

Baby "R" just hit the big 6 month mark. Such a fun age where he is starting to get teeth, sit up, speak first words and so much, much more.

His little tongue cracked me up.

Riverview Family Fun

I am way behind on posting. I am so behind that this family has already seen their gallery. But I wanted to share with everyone a few of my favorite. This first family is wonderful, amazing, beautiful, and kind. I could go on and on, but instead, I will share some pictures.

I love that they are such a close-knit family.

I haven't seen 'D' in about two months and WOW, she hit a growth spurt, she is absolutely gorgeous and not a little girl anymore.

Being the only boy in the family can sometimes be tough. But 'Y' is a sweetheart. He doesn't like having his picture taken. I'm not sure why, because he has a fantastic smile. I love that he and his mama are so close.

When I saw this picture pop up, all I could saw was, 'WOW'. I love, love, love this picture. If it were me, I'd blow it up as large as possible and have it in my front entrance way.

Reasons to be Thankful

With Thanksgiving less than a week away, there are plenty reasons for me to be thankful. For one, I'm thankful for my job. Being a photographer allows me to be home with my number one reason of why I am thankful: I am thankful for my boys!!!! They make me a better person. They encourage me to do better. They give me reason to smile. They make my life complete.

Bad Blogger

I'm a bad blogger. So sorry. This time of year, I'm been a tad busy. Add on top of that school activities for my boys, and a stomach bug for me, equals lack of blogging. But stay tuned, I have some adorable pictures coming. They will be sure to make you smile.

What's Missing?

Aside from newborn baby pictures, my next favorite are 'missing teeth' pictures. My second son finally lost both teeth and I couldn't get my camera on him fast enough.

A Family Celebration

These families gathered from around Florida to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary. They gathered at M's house in the family room and posed on the family couch. There are four families, yet this couch unites them as one big family.

And keeping in the family tradition, here is little Mr. R. Who is starting his own family tradition with his 'big red chair'. I wonder how many wonderful memories he and his mama will have of their own.

Three Months

It's hard to believe, but little Miss Addison is three months old already. Her mama didn't think the session went that great, but I think I got some cute shots of little Miss Chunky.

I'm a Tad Behind in Blogging

I'm a little behind in blogging, but I couldn't not post these. 'Grandpa' traveled a long way to meet his first grandchild. I love, love, love, the picture of him reading to her. It doesn't get much better than that.

First Day of School

It was an exciting morning in our house this morning. Why? because it is the first day of school for all three of my boys. Not only is it the first day of school it is the first day for THE school. It just opened. It's also a first with uniforms for us.

Here's my baby, Jorden. He started Pre-K today. He was so excited to go to school until he found out I couldn't go with him. Then he got a little sad. I hope he already has a little friend.

This is what second grade looks like! Apparently you have to pretend to be a super hero to pose for your photographer mom!

Seven years ago today you entered my life.

I hate that you are getting bigger and growing up, but I couldn't be happier with the person you are becoming. You fill my days with laughter, my life with smiles, and my heart with joy.

It was a BIG Day in our household!

Meet the newest member of our family: Barksley!

She is a golden retriever mix. Isn't she beautiful?

She's the perfect addition to our family!

Oh Reilly!!

This little guy was simply adorable. His 'Auntie' called me all the way from Hawaii to take some newborn pictures of this little cutie. When I first arrived, I noticed his beautiful red hair, but what I loved most about the photo shoot were his noises! Yes, noises. He made all those cute little baby noises of cooing, slurping, and burping. He did not want to go to sleep during the session but near the end, I think I zonked him out!

His mom had one special request, and I hope I got it!

A is for Adorable!

A is also the first letter of this gorgeous little princess, Addison. Here she is at 6 days old, and let me tell you she IS adorable: A complete little angel. She was making the cutest little noises sucking her hands during this shot.

Her daddy talked the talk prior to her birth, but let me tell you a little secret: He's smitten with the new little lady in the house. She's got him wrapped around her finger already.

See! Although this isn't the greatest picture, I love it. Her mama was busy doing something while daddy was noodling her. It was the cutest sight. I love seeing a new daddy doing the baby thing.

Congratulations Nick and Shannon. She is beyond gorgeous!

Celebration

Is she not gorgeous? Not only is she beautiful on the outside, but she is beautiful on the inside. She has one amazing heart. She came visiting from California so the humidity was something she wasn't used too, but she was a trooper and had some amazing shots.

Yes, she's sporting heels.

There is a reason behind this gorgeous smile. She just celebrated her 20th birthday.

Monster Trucks

Last night was Monster Jam here in Tampa, so we took our boys. It was their first experience and boy were they happy. I don't blame them, the trucks were great!!

and a few others. It was must have been a hit, because today, the boys brought out all of their Monster Truck hotwheels and have been playing non-stop.
